Yesterday, my long waited purchase has finally arrived.
After I sold pair of my 5 year-old B&W802 D2 with sub, and having attended Warsaw Hi-End Show 2017 & 2018, Munich High-End show 2018 my choice of new speakers was obvious. Alexx were the Best sounding speakers I heave heard at these three shows that I attended (believe me there were a huge variety of speakers presented there).
The main problem when they were delivered it was the weight of the two of three boxes. They were really havy - there were 5 people to move them to the second floor. But it was fun. A lot of emotions. So I would better show You All the process in photos:

Wow congratulations Andrew -- yes, definitely heavy puppies for sure.

I like the welcome mat you have placed during the "roll out."

Keep the thread going with impressions. Thanks for the photos.

Best Sir,

Bob

At the factory everything was packaged perfectly, high quality hi-jack and all needed tools for assembly was in the package. Body of the speakers was completely wrapped in the high quality protective film. Paint work is really impressive. Every detail has been done with great preciseness. The most of installation time was taking by removing of the protective film. Manual is very clearly describes the assembling procedures. We did all measurements according to listening place distance and used tables in manual to setup upper midrange, lower midrange and tweeter modules. The result was great. Enough words again photos. :-)

Best Sir,

Bob

Thank You. While Alexx will warm up. I am waiting for delivery of Dan D’Agostino Progression mono amps and preamp. McIntosh gear (which I was really happy for last years) will go for home theatre purposes or for sale.
