Krell preamp remote operates my Auralic DAC&vice-versa
 

This is like when your garage door opener remote opens the neighbors door also.

This is a very difficult situation because they both have volume controls and i need the DAC volume to remain at 100 (full)...there isn't an option to leave it "fixed"

ANY SOLUTION?

I guess tomorrow i will call both manufacturers tomorrow. but figured i would give a quick post

problem solved...i adjusted ..in settings..volume up/down or left/right.. i switched one of them and now it is good....
