Greetings all.
Hi, from a long time aficionado in Lost Angeles. Enjoying the posts and looking forward to lots of interesting chatter and audio inspiration.
Currently awaiting delivery of Legacy Audio Aeris speakers with Wavelet II. Great discussions on this site about the Legacy stuff — very helpful, especially re the LPSU options. Main System: JRiver, Channel Islands USB Converter, Berkeley Audio Alpha DAC, Parasound JC2, Mccormack DNA500 (modded), Raidho D3.1, Velodyne and JL Audio E110 subs, Audience Au24 SE interconnects, Nordost Blue Heaven speaker cables, Synergistic power cords. Analog Front End: Origin Live Sovereign Turntable with Illustrious Tone Arm and various cartridges (current favorite the Hana MH), sitting on the Symposium Segue ISO. |
hi all
great to be here — some great threads. i’ll be reporting soon on my transition from the Raidho D3.1 to the Legacy Aeris. Waiting for Aeris delivery. look forward to advice from other Legacy owners. listening to Calexico (Garden Ruin) as I write this…

My first reply. I'm from Arkansas. MX110 C11 MC30 pair Klipsch Kornerhorns. Many others, but these are the primary sources of all my Joy and Pain. |
Bluesman, do you use the C11 as the pre an the MX110 just for the tuner? Nice stuff!!

I'm a huge classical fan--play classical guitar and piano. I started getting into audio in my middle teens, and my love for great sound remains steadfast. I buy equipment to listen to my music, not the other way around...:D

Hey From Joisey #2.... L.O.L. Already did the other post and missed this one. So I'll just say Hi...and good to be with some on the ball Hi Fi Heads..... That's what they called it back in the day. Now I have no clue what they call us to day?
I guess we'll have to ask "GEN Z" Also I'd like to put up something different under subscriber other then "VNV 1966" but it requires the use of word that they call a "FeMale Dog" .. So MOD's....you'll have to tell me if I can use that word or not..L.O.L. |

Hi Mark, welcome to AA. You may not be aware, but politics is strongly discouraged here. Many of us are of an age to understand the reference in your avatar and tag line - we come here to enjoy our shared passion for audio, not to resurrect old and bitter memories. Thanks for your consideration.

Seems during an Electric fuel pump test for a leak check before start up, it did dribble some unnoticed fuel by one of my friends who were helping. Naturally we were all excited to fire it up for the first time. I was behind the wheel and another on the driver side who acted as a spotter. The other friend was on the passenger side with a Fire Extinguisher ! On crank over.. the top of the Motor burst into Flames which were quickly put out with a Haylon Extinguisher. So to your point.... It is a Fire Breather...L.O.L.:D:D |
Audio Journey to follow on another post. Shower and breakfast Time..

Thank you Mark, very much appreciated.
