This is the Knipex Pliers with Soft Jaws. So far, I have used these to remove tight stock speaker feet, and even hold vertical rack supports from turning while tightening bolts from above.

These look like a perfect candidate to loosen those pesky McAmp binding posts, too, without scratching the hell out of 'em.
