Interesting that they note the MVP901 AV player as "Limited Availability". I wonder if a new model is on the way, or dropping out of them altogether:scratch2:

I noticed the same thing and had the same thought. It is beginning to look like truly universal disc players are becoming increasingly rare. I think a market for them remains and hope Mac continues to service it.

My memory is suspect in this respect but is the MVP901 an “Oppo-based” universal spinner? If so, not surprising. I have (2) Oppo 203’s …. Always wanted a McIntosh blu-ray box but never wanted to spend the dough to match rest of my gear. Think I can still find a spot. Attachment 68692
