Tidal albums being dropped?
Hello all. I was just wondering is it me or has anyone else noticed that
albums that I previously could find are no longer available. |
tracks dropped
I haven't saved any albums; however I've had tracks dropped from a couple of my play lists.:icon_thumbsdown:

Yep - quite a few. |
That's why, for me, physical media rules.

Yes, one of my favorite Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong albums - Ella and Louis is no longer available, but it still appears in my favorites.

I have Ella & Louis SACD. One of my favorites. I recently added “Ella & Louis Again”, and few Ella’s albums on SACDs. All great music! I subscribe to Tidal, but keep on buying physical CDs/SACDs :) Cheers. Thanh |
I have seen this happening ever since I started my Tidal service. I am assuming, and this is just a guess, that initially Tidal did not get the rights to list the music available. Someone found out and made them delete this song from the playlist.
Same things happen with Spotify and others. "This means the content is no longer available. This can happen if licencing agreements with the artist/labels, or ownership of rights, has changed. Hopefully it will reappear soon." https://support.spotify.com/us/artic...r/?ref=related |
