Prestige 65F
Listened to a pair of the 65Fs today. Driven by a Sony ES surround receiver being fed by a Heos running Tidal, so not the best front-end. However, was set up with a pair of B&W 804D3s and had electronic switching between the two, so easy to A/B. Bottom line is that while they were 'different', the 804D3s were not clearly better at 2.5X the cost. The sax sounded better on the B&Ws while the piano was better on the Paradigms. I will go back after the new year to compare after the 804D3s are fully broken-in (only had ~24hr on them). May even take my E-270 up for same.

Did you mean the prestige 95F? I just recently bought a pair and have been happy. My setup is dual use home theater and 2channel. I took advantage of their special and got the center channel as well.

You are so right. Is the 75F.

I have a pair of the 75F’s, but they are used in a surround system in the living room. They are powered by a Marantz receiver and honestly have never listened to music on them.
They do work very well for my purpose and I imagine that with proper amplification they would sound quite good for 2-ch music. |
Driven by me Bryston B100 my 75Fs sound a lot better than "quite good". Excellent....superb....outstanding....sublime....y es to all of those. I chose these over a pair or Aerial Acoustics 7T's in a side by side comparo.
And I went in the store to buy the Aerials. |
