Can Talismann V2 cart. make background noise?

Hi guys, can Brand New Talismann V2 cartridge make Background noise or it's the pre-amp makes that 25dB noise while LP is playing? but sometimes it disappears after shutting down the pre-amp and turning On again removing the AC cable and all that hoki-poki thingy i try all the time. My pre-amp is C500/T

I can not hear 25 db noise with mine on the mt10 but I have elipsa se which I believe only will represent frequencies down to 30.

With the right pressing my Talisman v2 is dead quiet and only makes music. :thumbsup:
