Marantz MM8003 won't power on
 

my amp won't power on no light at all . We have had no storm ect to speak of just came home and nothing at all :tears: the manual is not the greatest I just got my sub back I have dedicated lines and a whole home surge protector... My av 80003 went out not to long ago then my sub now this :sigh::sigh::sigh:

Doug... I'm not a big believer in coincidence, something is causing these failures.

Do I need a visit from DTE to see if something is wrong with my circuit?

Can anybody get me going in the right direction what to have checked and by whom?

Refresh our memory... for starters do you have whole home surge protection? If yes, what else do you employ?

If no, why not?

Yes whole home surge protector ,PPP , dedicated lines the amp and the sub are plugged indirect the blu Ray and SSP plugged in direct

What did all the affected devices share in common; same circuit, same PPP, etc?

The sub and the amp are plugged into the wall they share the outlet the PPP and cable box are on the other dedicated line .

I also lost my APC surge protector in the bedroom within the last 3 months ...it is under warranty

So, 3 devices and a surge protector have all gone bad in three months?
