A pair of f212's vs a pair of f113's

Since two Gothams are out of the question, for money reasons as well as I trust Ivan's opinion that two 113's is preferred for 2 channel, what about a pair of the new 212?

There are some upgrades to this unit over the 113 according to this review. And check out his Conclusion page 4.

Stereophile: JL Audio Fathom f212 powered subwoofer

By the way, the inputs on the JL 212 don't look like any XLR I've ever seen. Do I need to change my cable ends if I go with JL?

Standard balanced cables will work with all JL products including the F212's.

BTW, you have a pm ;)

As a result of talking with Ivan, I have found that his prices are very fair. And just as important as that is his service which is second to none since he owns, uses, enjoys and is an Aficionado of everything he sells.

I took my time and did research. I was patient and wanted to make sure I made the right choice to sub my system. Now that I have carefully took all the time I need to make this very important decision and I have committed to the purchase of a pair of the 212's, all I can say now is HURRY UP Ivan!
