Excellent support!
Earlier in the year I started having issues with one of the modules in my PS-1, exchanged a few emails with support trying to troubleshoot and was told to RMA it. Wasn't on my top list of things to do, so I finally got around to filling in the form yesterday. At night, on Thanksgiving, EJ wrote me back. How often does the founder of a company respond to email on a holiday about a $100 product? I wrote back with more specifics and he is going to have a new one shipped to me and said just return the other one when I can. You simply can't get better support than that. :thumbsup:

Steve.......Wyred 4 Sound makes great audio products. It is good to hear they are willing to step up to the plate when a customer needs help. Looks like a home run to me.
Like I have noted many times in the past, a company's reputation is built one customer at a time. Kudos to EJ and company. |

This is good to hear because my 8 day old W4S Recovery is dead. Waiting to hear back.
[edit] - no sooner did I type this did EJ respond to me. Great company! [edit #2] - Welp, thank goodness EJ is a kind and patient soul because I am a fool. He helped me sort everything out. Don't need a replacement, nothing was wrong with the recovery, the problem was user error. :) |
