D'Agostino Resellers
Does D'Agostino enforce territories strictly for its resellers? I ask because I'm considering trading my Mark Levinson ML53's for a pair of Momentum monoblocks. I emailed the local (Florida) distributer from his website asking for a call back. Never got one. This is a test I perform to see how good a reseller is in managing their business. This guy failed the test. Who would you current owners recommend for a good buying experience and good trade-in value?

I get treated very well by Larry at Paragon Sight and Sound in Ann Arbor Michigan.

Since you only have about dozen dealers in the US your options are limited. I was very fortunate to be able to purchase mine locally and as kens noted above get fine service.

You can also try Mark or John at Audio Concepts in Dallas.

Thanks Guys.

Call me old school but if the first email does not get a reply I make a call. I never assume that they got my email. Spam filters etc.
This happened with the dealer that I have bought 90% of my equipment from. They did not receive my email. That have been awesome to work with ever since I phoned them. |

I would also give them the benefit of doubt with a phone call too.

Many businesses seem to close for vacation from Christmas to New Years, or in the case of this year, Monday January 5. Maybe you emailed them when they were closed for vacation. |
I can heartily recommend Rick at Audio Alternative in Fort Collins, Colorado if need be.
