Feel free to use this forum to discuss local public/private music get Togethers. Many of us belong to local music clubs, and or wish to host such events.

Also, so many friendships have been forged on AA over the years from simply having one or more members over for a visit. Please post about your experiences here. ;)

Ivan.......This is a great idea. The Hometown Forum will be a great place to gather our stories about visits with other members and any other special events that might be happening in our hometowns. In my hometown we watch the grass grow, the boards warp, and the seasons come and go. That's about as exciting as it gets here in rural north Florida. That might be one of the reasons I listen to so much music and hang out here. :dunno:

Just keeping a list of those nearby and sending out an invite to cruise to tunes is how we got started with a SE PA group. Seems we have a good time whenever we get together.

Folks have come from a few hours away for these get togethers soon so cast a wide net and because of scheduling give folks a couple/few weeks notice.

But be careful you might be inviting over someone just as nuts about audio as you are.
