Grant, why has this messaging not been reinforced with dealers? In fact, I was given incomplete advice directly from a Shunyata rep. I've raised the concern with my dealer and it looks like I'll be able to trade my Alpha NR or Sigma EF. I expect the upgrade for only shipping cost.

Anyhow, aside from that, the new cables have delivered a tremendous upgrade from the Venom line. And, of course, the Denali is pretty amazing.

Hi. My apologies if you initially received incorrect or incomplete information.

I consistently reinforce the EF/NR information with dealers, but we're far from perfect. It's possible messaging for each application was either misunderstood or miscommunicated. Ultimately, we make things right if there is an honest mistake on anyone's part. Sigma EF was a more recent arrival as it took time to engineer a way to make that power cord version possible, so we needed to catch up to that mid-year addition. I hope all was resolved, but if we can help you are always welcome to contact us directly.

Appreciated, Grant. Will reach out if it becomes necessary.

Once my power cables are sorted out, then I do intend to demo Alpha and maybe Sigma speaker cables.

(Congrats on the positive reviews so far!)
