(CNN) -- A massive explosion at a fertilizer plant in the small Texas town of West left at least two people dead, leveled several homes and prompted a widescale evacuation in the community of 2,600 people.

Tragic coincidence days after the Boston bombing. This small town is just outside of Waco, a place known for political dissidents, at least in the past. Conjecture aside, my thoughts are with those that are effected.
