I luckily found this for sale from the original owner, with a couple sets of tubes . I need to learn some more on rectifiers and their effects on power tubes —but I’ve taken a lot of notes here. I do like the KT88s but am trying el34’s to change it up. I need some socket savers before I continue—love this amplifier!

Got the amp tonight…then remembered the NCAA Men’s Championship was on (and I’m a Jayhawk). So no ctended listening tonight. Just a wee taste, but…

I told myself It would probably not come close to my expectations…but it did. It’s the sound I’ve been looking for…AND IT’S BARELY BROKEN IN!

Dennis will run most amps at the shop for as long as he can before shipping them out. So consider it at least slightly broken in...
