Denali 6000t breaker switch question

Hi all,

When i had my Denali i kept it on all the time. I don't think you need to switch it on and off constantly.... If you are away for a very long period (vacation) or during thunderstorms i would consider turning it off.

far better than 'flipping the switch' would be to unplug, no way will the switch alone protect.

If I remember correctly Shunyata's manual indicates you should flip the switch prior to plugging/unplugging. I would have to reread it to confirm.

As you note unplugging when you are away (or subject to a lightning storm) is always better

Tks guys for all the replies. Everytime I switch it off my ARC dac9 settings goes to default.
I shall keep it on.
