Amazon Prime Movie Streaming to McIntosh MX 150

I have Amazon Prime and therefore can stream their movies. My only Amazon Prime Movie connection is within the Panasonic 65" Studio Master Panel Plasma (the last one made). This works quite well for video but the audio is by Toslink to the McIntosh MX-150 (has MX-151 upgrade firmware). Can I hook up the new Amazon Fire or the new Roku directly to the MX-150 and get video from the MX-150 to the Panasonic Plasma and then better audio through direct connect HDMI to the MX-150? Advice on hook up and settings? Thanks, Jim

Hi Jim,
Yes, this is exactly what I do with a Roku. Roku hooks into the MX 151 HDMI and I get 5.1 audio. The settings are pretty self-explanatory. One caveat is that the MX 151 won't pass 4k, so you'll be limited to 1080p.
