Street Photographs of the Day
Went in to "The City" (that's San Francisco, for all of you that don't live in Northern California ;)) today to attend the WatchBuys show.
Wandered around Yerba Buena Center across the street afterwards with the wonderful little Fuji X100F, had a spot of lunch, and did some sreet photography. Stephen, thank you for sharing.
As always, your photographs are . |
Stephen.......Wonderful photographs. It has been 45 years since I lived in San Francisco. I still have a deep fondness for The City.

Did you use a perspective control lens with tilt and shift? Your vertical lines are all nicely vertical without convergence. One problem, though. "The City" is NYC, specifically, Manhattan. :D :D :D :D :D :D |
Great Photos Stephen! Thanks for sharing. I am impressed with the Fuji X100F.

Me too, this is a wonderful picture. |
Great photos. Did you see the Walker Evans exhibit? That would be inspiration for a day of photography.

TOTALLY off-topic, but two of my favorite watches from yesterday... The Sinn 356 chronograph with acrylic crystal...only $1990. Incredible value for money. http://photos.imageevent.com/puma_ca...%20Acrylic.jpg An even more amazing value, the Fortis Official Cosmonautis. Worn by Russian Cosmonauts on space missions. On bracelet for gasp! $980! The build quality and execution of this watch is ridiculous; and for the money is just an off-the-charts value proposition. BTW, Fortis invented the automatic watch movement; they've been around making Swiss watches since 1906. http://photos.imageevent.com/puma_ca...osmonautis.jpg I DO need to get in to see the Walker Evans show, though. It will be there through Feb 4. |
Very nice shots, Stephen!
