Top of the line receiver for 5.1 recommendations please.

Do you have any recommendations for a 5.1 (or better) receiver for watching TV? I'm looking hard at Rotel's flagship, but looking for suggestions.

My main theater system is a Mc MX122/MC8207 but I need something more reasonable in size for my living room, I'm powering in-ceiling speakers.
