James-
Is there more information available on this beta? Expected release date? Programming etc? Thanks, |
Hi John
You can download the BETA by typing #beta at the end of the text string in the browser when you hit UPDATE FIRMWARE on the Manic Moose GUI. EX - http://192.168.1.21/bryston/settings...mware.php#beta james |
Hello James - the BDP-3 looks very impressive. Radio Paradise is a great station - long-term supporter.
Question: How do Spotify subscribers use the BDP-3? Does it appear as an available device within the Sptofy app? |

Not sure on Spotify on the BDP3. We have it on all the BryFi products and Wireless speakers. I will check with Chris Rice. james |
I think Spotify subscribers would have to use AirPlay. The BDP does not have Spotify Connect.

I was listening to Radio Paradise on my new Bluesound Node 2i, yesterday.
It's one of the best streaming sources I've heard. It sounded really, really good. Highly Recommended for anyone streaming... and it's free. I wasn't going to bother with it because the app has only 2 mixes one can stream, as far as I could tell. But I listened to it and after a few songs I was hooked, based on sound quality alone. |
Hey Christian - glad you like Radio Paradise.
While free, it is listener supported - I donate a very modest amount each year - completely up to you, just FYI. Trivia: where does the Paradise in Radio Paradise come from? |

I cheated so won’t answer. I am flabbergasted that today is the first and only time I have ever heard of Radio Paradise. It first hit the airways in February of 2000. |
