The photos are deceiving when considering height. The windows being so close to the floor joists creates the illusion that it is less than 8 feet.

Ivan,

I know it is not my buisness but are those windows the only ones for the whole basement ? If yes can you locate the theater anywhere else in the basement away from the windows ?

I have about 8 more windows in the basement, the Theater will only take up 500' of the 3200' available.
