Who speaks to me of these speakers?
Positive and negative characteristics and with which electronic you play them? Thank you.

At least a 452 or 601 pair on macs or other amps in that range Bryson's etc. also a big room and at least 2-3 feet out from rear wall, I would bi- amp them. I have heard these and they are impressive with ample power, even low volumes need an amp with serious headroom :)

Interesting - Upside down speakers! ;)

Any details on their design philosophy?

The design of these speakers (particularly regarding the crossover and timing) takes into account the additional distance to the listener from the lower driver's relative positions on the baffle. That's how they engineered them to be time aligned without the more typical backwards sloping of the front baffle which some other designs use. Pretty ingenious!
