I think the power of the new integrated is the same as its predecessor but certainly much more refined.

Let´s not forget that a company like Rowland has just discontinued Class D Amplifiers. They were not well regarded by the audiophile community.

I did not see class-d coming!
Is it designed in-house, or using hypex, ice-power or some other externally bought modules?

I thought that one control was labeled "Smooth" and sure enough from the Burmester site:

As can be seen from the front of the 101, the headphone jack has been inserted in front, as compared to older brothers
