We had prime rib. Delicious. Yours looks great!

But we don't believe in snow down here in sunny SW Florida. :)

We had crystal clear blue sky today in north Florida and the temperature plunged to 74°F. Burr! . :roflmao:

Looks great. Just had a 13lb standing rib roast last Friday. It was awesome.

Brisket with burnt ends on the big green egg here in ATL. About 60 degrees. Headed to Utah to ski next week though.

Tony.......I spent a winter in Hooper, Utah many years ago. I never shoveled so much snow in my life until that winter. Now I live where people ask, "What's that?" when they see a snow shovel. Perfect.

How'd the rib roast turn out?

Excellent, my wife made hollandaise sauce to go with it and we had a nice Cabernet with my son and family. Merry Christmas Dan.
