Spade Lug Adapters
 

can anyone post pics of the Spade Lug Adapters that Magneplanar sells?

A quick search found these, which are said to be (custom?) gold plated versions:

I am using the Audioquest 1002 Silver spade to Banana plug with my Magnepan 20.7's. They tighten well and sound very good.

I got a return call from Wendell so maybe they are catching up on the backlog...

He told me that the stock 'screw-down' design was from the founder but that bananas should give plenty of current flow if I used those instead (if the screws are tightened well).

Since spades will introduce another connection, I think I'll just keep the banana termination on my cables and use that.
