Bybee Golden Goddess "Super Effect" Speaker Bullets
Kind of hard to call something this expensive a "tweak," but here goes anyway. I have read about these and pondered the "voodoo" aspects. Anybody with real world experience with them? I am especially interested in how much difference they really made.

Randy... I happen to use just about all of Jack Bybee's products. I'll post a pic tomorrow of the Bybee speaker tweaks I am using.
They are expensive, and I have experienced very positive results. |

Here are the pics of the Bybee Ultra Quantum Speaker Purifiers that I use.
I use quite a few of them as you can imagine in all my systems. ;) These were $1600 a pair, many years ago. http://www.audioaficionado.org/attac...4&d=1318448378 http://www.audioaficionado.org/attac...5&d=1318448401 http://www.audioaficionado.org/attac...6&d=1318448491 http://www.audioaficionado.org/attac...7&d=1318448615 They are very beefy, and weight over 1lb ea. |
I am having a real serious attack of the "I wants." Someone talk me off the ledge. My system sounds great and I have kids in college. My brain keeps saying "buying 5 inch bullets that remove the noise you do not hear" is just stupid. But I keep wondering .... never should have read those reviews I guess. ;)

Stay calm till we can talk Randy. ;)

Curious about perceived effects of the Bybee Goddess Golden Speaker Bullets. I just put some on my Maggie speakers. Soundstage appeared to shrink and become more recessed, with images in more tightly drawn focus, but with less air/ambiance around vocals and instruments. More laid back. I can't say I love what they are doing. Am I not hearing correctly? Want to give them benefit of doubt before returning them.

The Goddess Golden Speaker Bullets are the only Bybee product I'm not using.

Ivan.......I hate to say it, but that thing looks cheesy, even that stuck on label screams made in the garage. I don't care what has been said about them, they will never find their way into my systems.
