Great photos. Backpacked in the backcountry there in the 1950s, and it remains one our favorite haunts.

I wasn't in Yosemite recently, but I was in Glacier National Park last Saturday and here is a photo of smoke covering the landscape . . . Couldn't even see the mountains and the roads were closed in most of the park.

Yosemite is probably worse.

agreed on both counts. Glacier is one of my favorites, love staying at the Izaac Walton Inn
