Audio Beat Denali v2 review
Here’s a nice “first sounds” short review of the Denali v2 from the Audio Beat.

Antonmb,
That was a great read. I just ordered a HYDRA ALPHA A12. Unfortunately, the Denali v2 was a little too expensive for me personally. |
Thanks Tony...I currently have one on order with Ivan. The days are dragging waiting for it to be delivered. :sigh:

Excellent initial review.
One of the things that I've noticed Denali V2 is that it is SO quiet that I find myself listening at lower volume settings on the preamp. I used to typically listen at a volume setting of, on average 40, with Triton V1 on the CT-5. Now I'm typicially listening at 30-32. Yet, at the same time, I can hear more deeply into the presentation. |
I’m waiting for the tower to come out next year, then maybe I’ll see if I can trade my v1.

Per the article, I just learned that the Triton v3 and Typhon QR will be phased out. I wonder what is going to replace them.

Depth: 10 inches (25.4 cm) Height: 4.4 inches (11.2 cm) Weight: 17.5 lbs (7.95 kg) Amazing what can be accomplished for such a small size and weight for a reference power conditioner. Comparable AQ Niagara 7000 is 80 lbs. Niagara 5000 is 38 lbs. |
I hope they will do Triton v3 tradeins to that Omega level Triton replacement if I read between lines correctly. :)
