JBL S4700 and 1 MC275 ?

Hi, i would like to buy S4700.

I see Sensitivity: 94dB

Very sensible. Can work with only 1 MC275 ?

Regards.

Matias.......Absolutely. The McIntossh MC275 will power the JBL S4700 just fine.

When I used an MC275 some years back I found that one MC275 in 2-channel stereo was better than two MC275s as monoblock amps to my ears. YMMV.

My speakers are approximatly the same sensitivity and I seldom use more than 50 watts from My. MC207's for HT and 20 watts for HIFI enjoyment.
