Whole house surge is definitely a good idea but it’s not a one or the other proposition. Even PS Audio recommended whole house surge. It’s cheap insurance at less than $500.

I’ll also add this...there’s no down side potential by adding a P10 aside from the initial cost. The positives, however are huge in that you’ll get pristine power all the time.

Mine shows up in a few days. I really need this because I live in an area with frequent brownouts. We get a lot of wind storms. Looking forward to seeing if it provides any sonic benefits as well. Even if it doesn't, it's the right thing for me to do in my system where I live.

It will level your incoming off nicely, and you will be able to read the numbers and see the oscillator graph.

You will receive benefit from it as well and you can tweak the settings
