Guess who? Very nice sound playing Stevie Ray Vaughn.

Borreson speakers and Aavik Acoustics amp. Amp is unique looking, speakers are beautiful craftsmanship, but the overall sound was harsh and bright. Might have been the choice of music, something I didn’t recognize with very sibilant vocals.

Acora Acoustics speakers (made of granite!) with ARC amps (can’t have too many tubes, can you?). Sound was Ok but we weren’t wowed.

IMO, the Sf Olympia Nova V are beautiful speakers. It looks like Sf/ARC are using Shunyata speaker cables with the Nova and SE17 speakers. Big pipes!

The Harman room is debuting these F226Be floorstanders, smaller siblings of the F228Be. Very nice sounding with surprising amount and quality of bass, for the smallish size of the woofers.

Tony and Buck,

Many thanks for the intro and the photos of the rooms.

Hint: Find some Harbeths! ;)

I believe the only Harbeths I’ve seen was a used pair in “The Music Room’s” room.....yep, a used dealer has a room here. They also have a pair of vintage Sonus Faber bookshelves too and they still sound great after all these years.
