Another Ultra Mini believer

I just received the Stillpoints Ultra Mini's that Ivan set me today and they are totally worth it. I placed 4 of them under my K-03 and noticed an immediate improvement over the Rollerballs I had there. First thing I noticed was that trail offs go on forever, music is more detailed, base is tighter and that was just with the first song I tried. The change was not subtile. Now that I have heard with my own ears what Stillpoints can do, I have become a believer.

Welcome to the club. And apologies to your wallet, Stillpoints are like Lays potato chips. Can't stop ...

That is what I am afraid of - that I will want more. I am picking up a new McIntosh C1100 on Saturday so funds are depleting.

Paul.......That was my experience, too. When I replaced Symposium Roller Block Jr's with the Stillpoints Ultra Mini's I was immediately impressed in the same way you have stated.

I'd suggest putting them under your Powercell. See if that makes an even bigger difference. That was the case for me.

yep they are bad.
you will not stop till your whole system is 'floated'.
that's where the most incremental gain resides.
afterwards, you will begin to stillpoint your 2nd system...lol
