New Vivaldi software imminent

I was told by my local dealer that a new firmware and software for the dCS Vivaldi system will be released around Christmas time.

This is a major upgrade of the existing system. One of the main features is the ability to control CD transport using ipad apps. I am keeping a close eye on the release date. All Vivaldi users would be pleased to know that.

Are there going to be any new DSD formats supported? Every time I turn around there is a new higher resolution version available.

We still do not have the upgrade discs for v1.10 in my local dealer. The dealer is now in CES2015, he said check with dCS tomorrow.

Latest from dCS in CES, there is still some minor bugs in V1.10. Final version will be available in early February.

After 3 tries to fix my Puccini and having to deal with surly people I would not deal with DCS again. Now you have 100k worth of gear they can't sort out.
