P10 dead?
 

Hello all
I’ve had my p10 for almost 3 years. Tonight the p10 shut down right after start up of my gear and now the p10 will not stay on. It starts initializing but the I hear some clicks and it shuts down. I pulled an old monsterpower unit out and connected to the amp, preamp and CD player and they work so it’s the p10 for sure. I unplugged the unit for a minute and pressed that what I think is a reset button in. Am I missing any fix that I haven’t tried? It looks like it may need service. Thanks in advance. Pete

Pete... I frequently go to bat for Subscribers and strive to get their gear fixed under warranty. Even gear that I never sold; just another reason to support AA and join. :o

I didn’t know my subscriber badge expired. I’ll get on that. Currently I’m in contact with PSAudio. They were very responsive and I’m going to try a firmware update before turning it in for warranty work. Thanks Ivan.
