Possible Runco VX11D Purchase coming soon -:)
http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/h...eadscratch.gif Well guys I hope I have not wore you all out already on discussing Runco projectors. For any of you that might possibly be interested in what is taking place here is the latest. A/V Runco rep. came by and checked things out this afternoon. Took measurements in the HT for the VX11D install if it takes place. Charles the fellow that came by is getting his quote together this afternoon. He is going to call and come back by tomorrow to go over the figures. If I agree with his figures we will place the order tomorrow. Even though (Nothing) has taken place yet to be honest with you guys I am "Fired-Up" thinking about the possibility of this coming together. So, just sharing my excitement with you guys as I hope I will be reading about your HT purchases or possible purchases. http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/h...erwithtext.jpg Below are a few Pictures of "Before" & "After" the latest changes. Terry, I am fired up about a 3 chip DLP projector. My one chip delivers a great picture, but upgradeitis always lurks. :) Keep the updates coming.

I will say that even after 9 yrs. the picture still looks great. Of course that is my opinion which does not count for much as I have only had it. Going to be interesting when this new 3-chip gets fired up. :nono: Then I will probably have egg on my face for saying the VX5000ci has such a great picture. Quote:
And I am one person that will make a decision. Terry |
Based on my switch from a 1000d to the 11d...expect to be impressed.
Tip...while the Ethernet functions are not fully functioning...I recommend a hard wire connection if possible...as you can then use computer for many of the setup functions...including naming inputs, color adjustment, etc...very cool |

The Runco Dealer will be doing the complete set-up. Also moving and removing some older items from the pull-out rack. Installing the new BluRay player. I'm going to do the FUN part. WATCHING this Bad Boy in Action  Well, that is if all goes well, insert (Fingers Crossed here). Terry |
