She is up and running... Need to rearrange a bit so the BDP-1 (likely moving to a BDP-2, though am looking into Aurender too) and the Bricasti M1 are on their own shelf.
Will update after a bit of time on the clock and once things are arranged properly. I love that they take the remote sensor out of the inside of the box and away from the audio circuitry. (Separate sensor that plugs into the back with separate power source). The remote is very solid and feels really cool. http://www.audioaficionado.org/attac...4271102442.jpg |
Congrats!

I let it play all night and woke up this morning feeling very, very impressed.
Rhythm and timing is superb. Depth and detail with an analog smoothness. Expensive, but worth it is my judgement at this point. Very pleased and will update as it gets more time on the clock. I have read that other users found it needed 400 hours to really shine...? Not sure I buy that, but if it gets even better, it will be sublime. Construction is gorgeous. All smooth edges and the CNC'd top aluminum plate is so intricate and soft edged. Thrilled with the quality. Only listened to the minimum phase filter so far (minimum 0) and will try all the others eventually. |
Congrats!
Looking forward to your impressions. http://www.audioaficionado.org/attac...e-17024465.jpg |
Nice. I always wanted to hear one of these.
