tom1120.......That is a nice system you have. I bet the JBL Array's sound great with McIntosh and Marantz.

Thanks. Yes indeed, they sound great to me. I would love to try out a pair of MC501's however-I think that would be awesome.

JBL'S are great, they don't need expensive cables and and can be actively bi-amped.

I think the Arrays CAN be bi-amped but it takes a bit of tweaking of the crossovers if I remember from the LH forum. Sound great as is---to me.:music:

It seems that JBL does not get a lot of traffic on this site....why do you suppose that may be?
