Service as good as its products........
 

Had WW do some 'cable work' for a new configuration and they got it wrong. They issued a call-ticket (so no expense to me), but, to hold down the loss of time at my end they are building a complete new cable to ship tomorrow rather than making me wait while they 'fix' the wrongly configured one. That's about as good as one could ask for (other than getting it right the first time ;)).

Agreed, WW has terrific service! They are to cables as Ivan is to dealers - so if you buy your WW from Ivan, you have the best of both worlds.

Received an e-mail that the new cable went out today rather than tomorrow. :thumbsup:

Needed (wanted, actually) to change one end of one set of speaker cables to banana from spade. WW simply sent along the needed banana plugs. Unscrew the old and screw in the new. Again, terrific customer service.

I have had GREAT response from WW as well. Great company to deal with!:yes:

My experience with them has been first class. Had an issue with an order similar to Glenn. Great service.
