Boulder does not seem to get reviewed much. Nor does one see many of their products for sale used on Audiogon.

I am the owner of a Boulder 865. The rest of my system consist of a Wadia 381 cd player, Wilson audio sophia III and Transparent Ultra cabling.

I would like to know which brand of cable you use with Boulder ?

Interconnects, LS cable, power cord ?

I just got the 865 in for review. Waiting for spade speaker cables to get to it.

Will it be driving the Treos or are you forming another system? Are there other integrateds in contention?

This is a review unit that I will be taking through its paces for an upcoming issue of HiFi+ magazine. I will be driving the Treo CT's and the Magnepan .7's with it. The Maggies go back shortly as that review is about wrapped up but the timing is good to still have them for this review as well. The Treo CT's are my personal reference speakers.

ahhh...I didn't realize you reviewed for a publication. Any chances you could obtain an Ayre AX5Twenty and host a Boulder (CO) integrated smackdown?

That would be sweet....I would be up for it!

So when's the review come out?

Looks like Nov or December HiFi Plus. I do not know which issue it is scheduled for.
