[QUOTE="Masterlu;662510"]Jan... I'm sorry to hear that. No, I haven't even heard of that issue. Rest assured Burmester will get it repaired, and not disturb your ripped music.[/QUOTE
Burmester did well and replaced the unit with a new - even if warranty was out. I've had a few issues with it (all fixed as they arose by Burmester) and had a feeling there is too much tech going into one box to make it reliable. I traded the 111 in for a 808 and went through a few DACs before ending up with the Nagra HD DAC, very pleased with this combo.Ii never imagined a preamp making such a difference, but the 808 certainly did.

Burmester Musiccenter 111 - playing from HDD with interruptions

Has anyone had any issues with Burmester Musiccenter 111 playing tracks from HDD with interruptions?
I've been having this issue for a few months already. Literally, every track that gets played from HDD suffers interruptions several times over the course of playing session. Quite annoying!

thanks for any thoughts.

I wound up selling my 111 shortly after getting it. Way too many issues for a product at this level. Good luck with yours.
