0.5M Series 7 ICs Anyone?

Have three components in a 'stack' (one on top of the other). They are each ~3" in height so the input-output jacks are about 4" apart and am wondering if WW Eclipse 7 ICs in 0.5M length would work? The reason I ask is the Eclipse Series 7 is quite stiff and bending the 0.5M IC might be too tight a radius to work. Anyone using the 0.5M in a similar set-up? Upgrading to considerably more pliable Series 8 would work, but I'm happy with the 7s.

Glenn, I use Platinum 7s, and they're not so stiff.
I'm using Platinum jumpers on my center speaker (about 6" long!), and while I had to struggle a bit to connect them, they hold nicely.

they are not stiff, except for the xlr or rca connection part that you cannot bend.
I had the same issue!

Thanks for the feedback. Just sent a 1.0M set of Gold 7s off to WW to make into two pairs of 0.5M ICs. Once Matt & I work out the swap of my Platinum 7 XLRs for his RCAs, will do the same with them. I'll likely use one pair of the Pt's between preamp & amp on the B-60R. Will play around with the Pt, Au & Ag to see which sounds the best in each position to my ears.

0.5M Gold 7s are back from WW and into the system. Singing sweetly. Wonderful ICs. Quality & service from WW are as good as I've dealt with over the years.
