Great photo! I just got back yesterday too from safari in Kenya's masai mara. But the elephants weren't that close.

Small world. I’m on my way to Kenya and also planning a visit to the Masai Mara.

Cool. I don't want to deter too much away from the owners thread, but yeah the Masai Mara is overflowing at the moment with wildlife because of the migration.

Time to frame that photo for your room.

Thanks everyone! Unfortunately, on my way to Nairobi, my camera was taken from my luggage. I uploaded about 75% of the shots to Photobucket, but my shots taken the next day with the friends I made, the western volcanos, and our short incursion in the Democratic Republic of the Congo are lost!

Besides the camera theft, my visit to Kenya has been very rewarding. I hope yours is going well.
