New subs to round out the space
1 Attachment(s)
Totes around with the idea of getting new speakers, but realized I needed to save up a bit more for a big upgrade instead of trying to convince myself to make a lateral move.
So in the end decided to work in a pair of subs. Got a pair of SVS Ultra16’s during the Memorial Day sale. The system needs some cable management, art work/acoustic panels on the walls and a little bit more adjusting but overall the subs are a very welcome addition. The customization via SVS’s app is really impressive IMO. The subs are pretty much 98% dialed in. Attachment 62168 |

Those subs look like real ground pounders. Very nice.

Looks great, they must put out some serious bass.

I was just checking out those SVS Ultra 16's on the web the other day. They look pretty serious.....enjoy!

They round out the room rather nicely. It has been enjoyable just seeing the room slowly take shape. It sounds pretty darn good too [emoji41]

Holy smokes. Those things should shake the house. Looks great.

Very nice room and setup. Excellent choice on the subs. I have a pair of SVS SB16-Ultra's and a pair of SB-4000's in the rear of my room. It's the best bass I've ever had in my home. Hope you enjoy them as well. Happy listening!

IIRC, svs will cover shipping both ways if you decide to return them. Likely worth a try on those terms, and they’ll save you some $$.
