Billy Joel - Complete Album Collection - CD's
 

Billy Joel fans; I recently purchased the Complete Album Collection on 14 CD's. Although this set is a bit pricey at $213 on Amazon, it is by far the best sounding Billy Joel CD's I have heard.

A most complete box set for those that enjoy his music. :music:

Piano Man and Stranger were two of my favorite albums. Not a bad track on either IMO. Then, like many, he became too 'pop'. $$$ >> product.

Are you familiar with the MFSL SACD versions of these from a few years ago? How do these compare to those?

I have the MOFI but I love these albums so if they sound better in this set, I'd go for it.

Well, I received all the Billy Joel MFSL SACD's today. This is on my Burmester/Aida/Grandioso system.

To my surprise, the ripped albums played back via my SilenZio easily trump the SACD's played in my P1 Transport. :eek:

I'm still shocked! :yes:

That is shocking, on several levels.
