Wow I know things move quick in the AV world but it seems the mx160 & 122 was just introduced. End of 2015 right? I guess that was almost 4 years ago. How time flies the older I get. :D
|
Trade up please!
Now we need a Trade Up program with the MX-151 for the 170.
:music::crowd: |
Why did they limit the new MX 170 by making it only HDCP 2.2 compliant compared to the MX123 with HDCP 2.3, which came out in early 2018?
|
Where’s the Blu-Ray player? Must be just around the corner.
MX123 looks very enticing to me. What’s the IMAX processing? Sounds interesting! |
I’ve been waiting for these so today is a good day ! Finally get to upgrade my Home Theater. Yay !!
|
Time to finally upgrade. This gen of processors is all I need for full 4K enjoyment.
|
Can someone share the differences between the MX160 and MX170? Trying to decided if a upgrade is needed or not. thanks
|
Seems the main difference is full support of 4K @ 60hz and all the HDR.
Wonder if the MX170 will get ROON support? |
Does Mc ever say which DAC chips are used in different HT models?
I wonder is the DAC chip in the MX122 is the same on the new 123, and if 170 uses a better chip. |
