Accuphase New Models introduced
 
Accuphase has announced the new E-280 integrated amplifier and the DP-570 SACD player.

These will begin shipping in late November.

Nice - the E280 now has two option boards inserts (one more than the 270) one for phono, one for DAC for a truly integrated solution!

Have always felt the smallest of their integrated amps is the best looking. Never cared for the hinged door on the larger models. Must be a button/knob things. ;)

Accuphase Class AB amp / integrated always uses the old style metres. :thumbsup:

Have they added back the two prong electrical outlet underneath the speaker terminals? That was removed from the E-270, so I wonder why they reintroduced it.

Maybe these are image mockups till the final photography is ready?

Perhaps it's for the Japanese market?

The power outlet in back is for 100 volt (Japanese) models only

Actually not. Take a look at the newer integrateds up the food chain such as the E-650 and E-800. They went to a different version.
