To harness the optimal performance from OPUS PowerIsolator use with a dedicated AC circuit and a single component, and use an OPUS Power Cord for each component connection.

hmm...
2 amps $31,900 + 2 OPUS PC ($10,000) = $41,900
cd & clock $31,900 + 2 OPUS PC ($10,000) = $41,900
pre - $15,950 + 1 PC = $20,950

$104,750...Did I read this wrong??

Don't forget Texas sales taxes of at least 6.25%. That brings it to a nice round $110k. :D

I'm sure they're great but I hope I never know!

I suggest generating own power, nothing to be cleaned.
If the cost to filter polluted is this high, we better use our own power.

Wow, 16k, that's nuts.

How much is a 2.0m Opus power cable on it's own, we need to subtract that from the price to see what the unit itself actually costs.

I wonder, in a head to head how the Furutech Flux-50 NCF would compare at a mere fraction of the price.

I will put my money on the Furutech, it will probably sound better :D

I read that blurb on Transparent's website last night and thought if the webmaster made a mistake with the content. If I'm some Russian oligarch owning half of the natural gas coming out of Siberia, then maybe...

I guess it is correct. The Opus PowerIsolater costs ~$15k and comes with the Opus Power Cord. I liked it when I auditioned it in my system but I have other priorities I would want to take care of first.

“OPI filter circuit is also calibrated to the filter characteristics of the included OPUS Power Cord and to the end user’s AC voltage and frequency.”

My voltage is 120V and 60Hz like everyone else in this country. :smoking:
