And you will never look back….

Famous last words from our good friends here! They love spending other people’s money.

So, last year I purchased GS150 and Ref. 6. I was told “you will never look back”.:madani:

It is as though, there is a contest going on here! With Masterlu leading the charge – “Who spends the most (other people’s) money!”

So, I go to my dealer for a pair of Ref. 160M’s, and she says “The price with trade is US$20,100.+ taxes.”:scratch2:

So, any of you big spenders ready to take GS150 off my hands – about 300 hours on the meter.

Unfortunately you can't sell it outside of the marketplace here on AA (need to be a subscriber).

Sounds like a good deal from your dealer though. Since 160m is about 30k, she is giving you About 10k. That's all you will get on the street. Less hassle to use her deal, if I'm reading this right.

I disagree. If it’s a dealer you have bought from before. I got better than that from my dealer so for the same thing.

Some of you are lucky to have a dealer that deals! Mine is pretty much msrp for everyone and everything.

I am a subscriber and not selling actively, yet. Just mulling over the thought.

Thank you for your input.

Banter.......The last sentence in your original post is considered an offer to sell and is not allowed on the open forum. The Forum Rules state that offering for sale, trade, or buying can only take place in the Marketplace.

Your thread has been moved to the Marketplace.

Though there is probably no rule against it discussing discounts received (or dealer margins) does not seem appropriate in the a open forum. I believe this has been touched on in the past but my mind isn't what is used to be.

I didn't call out my dealer by name (although I suppose if you read different threads you can figure it out).

I also didn't give specifics about what I received or didn't receive. It was a broad generalization.

But I apologize if I broke a rule, I certainly didn't intend to do that.
