Cable Values - What Is Your Grand Total
 

With all the conversation and discussions that go on about cables, I thought it might be interesting to take a poll to see what kind of money we are spending on cables for our system.

This poll asks for the total full retail value of the cables that are in use in your system(s) at home. Cables can include audio interconnects, digital cables, fiber optic cables, HDMI cables, speaker cables, and power cables.

Do nut include any cables not actually in use, cables stored in the closet, or cables you previously owned, only cables presently in use. I am going to have to give mine some thought before I place a vote. I think I'm going to need a pad of paper and a pencil. :)

Voting is anonymous, so the Mrs. will never know. Cast your vote. How much money is tied up in cables for your system(s) at home right now?

Dan...you want the total at full retail or after dealer discount?

Cyril.......I don't want to worry about this or that discount. Full retail value, like you walked into a store where no one knew you, and paid full price. That way the actual values will shake out more accurately.

It will take me a bit of time to figure it all out. The poll will remain open, no expiration, so we all have time.

I'm in, what's really sick is that the top category doesn't even put a dent in it. :sigh:

Yeah, the fact I've even had to think about this makes me :cry:

I am in too. This was not a fun exercise but at least now I know the actual number :tears:.
